Hello, my name is Jim Lenzen and I own Jimmy L's in Sidney, Ne. Our company is growing and expanding, and we are looking at generating media attention and I want to get onto podcast. I found you on Reddit and saw that you like to share stories.

I am a genuine and sincere person; I taught college for 10 years in the trades and love the team of people that I am surrounded by. I have been a guest on a podcast before and I love to talk. I will be a solid guest for you.

We are located in western Nebraska and our town has 6000 people in it. We have built a cooking business that is growing and expanding. We run 2 food trailers, cater for multiple events throughout the year and added a restaurant in the last couple of years and let me tell you that is by far the hardest part of what we do. We cook thousands of pounds of meat a week, travel over 50,000 miles each summer and end up at some of the coolest events in the Midwest. The Sturgis Motorcycle rally is by far my favorite event. We believe in doing a good job and I personally want to walk away at the end of my day knowing that I gave the day all I had.
